Start a project
Tell us what you’re building.
Start with one of these
Each one opens a draft with the subject filled in and a short prompt for the details. Delete whatever does not apply.
What to put in it
Four lines is plenty. The more of this you include, the more useful the first reply is, and the fewer rounds it takes to get to a price.
What the business does
One or two lines. Who you sell to matters more than what you call yourselves.
Your current website
The link, if there is one. If there is not, say so, that is a normal place to start.
What is not working
Slow, dated, no bookings coming through, nothing to send investors. Be blunt.
Roughly when you need it
A launch date, a season, or no deadline at all. It changes what we recommend.
What happens next
A reply from a person
Not an autoresponder, and not a discovery call with someone who will not be doing the work.
A written scope
What is included, what is not, what we need from you, and when it will be done.
A price before we start
Agreed in advance. Anything outside it gets quoted before it happens, never after.
Why no contact form?
Because email is better for both of us. You keep a copy, you can attach whatever you like, and you can reply from your phone. Nothing sits in a dashboard waiting to be checked.
